The WG S3+ is a portable electronic counter measure against the use of GSM mobile phones acting as trigger mechanisms for remote controlled improvised explosive devices (RCIEDs).
The WG S3+ is a dual band counter measure effective in the 860-980MHz and 1700-1800MHz bands.
A separate intelligent battery charger is available as well as mains PSU hot shoe. A single dual element antenna is also available in order to provide directional coverage.
The WG S3+ is designed to provide a local counter measure, providing a safe range of 25-100 plus metres. This range is dependant on the proximity of the local infrastructure.
Individual control is provided for both 915MHz and 1800MHz bands along with high and low power control.
A slide-on lithium ion battery module is provided as standard with a quick release clip for easy attachment to the Jammer.
The WG S3+ is small enough to carry in a backpack if covert operation is required.
