The Westminster GSM Baby Monitor operates using a GSM SIM card which is used to send MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) images to MMS-enabled mobile phones with a colour display.
The Westminster GSM Baby Monitor also includes the ability to be linked to existing sensors as a trigger. For example, when a door is opened and detected via the door contact, the Westminster GSM Baby Monitor can be triggered and send a picture via MMS or email (SIM Card support required). These advanced features allow you to couple the device as a home burglar/surveillance monitoring device enabling home security at affordable prices!
If you call the GSM Baby Monitor (number dictated by the SIM card) you are able to listen-in and monitor the environment in your home!
Remote control: With the Westminster GSM Baby Monitor, you can use your own mobile phone to Control & Configure the GSM Baby Monitor via SMS commands.
Motion detection: Detect and alarm on any motion within the monitoring area.
Sensor detection: You can connect up to 15 sensors such as door magnet sensor, infrared body sensor, smoke sensor etc. Any sensor triggered will activate the monitor alarm. The Westminster GSM Wireless Baby Monitor V900B includes a built-in infrared motion sensor that will allow detected movement as a trigger.
