Westminster's range includes water leak detection cable, different types of point sensors and a variety of single and multiple zone controls.
Westmiunster offer complete flood detection systems using various styles
of sensors connected to control panels so that you can have complete
coverage of all or part of your building in case of a flood or leak.
Various sensors are available, the most common being pad detectors
and detecting cables.
Pad Detectors
Westminster's pad detectors are constructed from glass fibre with an anti-corrosive nickle plated
surface.
Pads will detect a few cc's of liquid and can be either face up
or face down for locations under vulnerable points or general coverage.
Detecting Cables
Westminster's detecting cables comprises of high flexibility condunctors insulated by Helagaine
monofilament braiding.
Cable or Tape sensors are suitable for general protection under
false floors, or can be fastened directly to pipe work enabling
coverage in ceiling void areas.
The cables can be connected together, up to 100m, to cater for
larger areas.
