WG Security Briefcase SB Model M

The WG Security Briefcase SB Model M has the appearance of a high quality hand finished briefcase.

It has been designed for the transportation of sensitive documents, media or valuables and the short term storage of money, stocks, shares or valuable items.

WG Security Briefcase functionality

The WG Security Briefcase has its own defence system and in the event of:

• The bag being snatched from the courier an adjustable timer will be activated by the anti-snatch grip, if it is not reset in the timed period the briefcase defence system will be activated. The timer is typically set at 15 seconds;
• The courier failing to deliver the briefcase in a preset period that the journey timer is set to, the briefcase defence system will be activated;
• When the briefcase is in a stationery mode i.e. secured to a desk or car etc. by the securing loop and this is tampered with or cut an adjustable timer will be activated, if it is not reset in the timed period the briefcase defence system will be activated. The timer is typically set at 15 seconds.

The briefcase defence system consists of a smoke cartridge and an incendiary device.

The WG Security Briefcase has the following protection devices:

• 2 Keys principle, requires different keys for each lock;
• Three sets of two keys supplied;
• Electronic overall surface interference sensors;
• Hinges and locks protected by sensors;
• Adjustable timer delay before detonation of smoke and incendiary devices;
• Alarm noise 110 dBA,
• Smoke for colouring contents and to startle the attacker;
• Anti snatch grip;
• On site protection provided by securing loop, if this is cut the defence system will activate;
• Journey timer device up to 32 days, if this is not cancelled by case being opened and reset the defence mode will be activated.

The WG Security Briefcase has the following test functions:

• Automatic test on power up, with an acoustic signal to indicate ready for use;
• Automatic battery test;
• Manual test option (non activation) for user.

Note: The battery will typically last for 3 years.
