LS 208

The LS 208/III is an X-ray security screening system with a tunnel opening of 826 mm (32.5") wide by 654 mm (25.8") high. This unique tunnel size combined with a conveyor height of 635 mm makes the LS 208/III ideal for screening checked baggage, boxes and packages as well as briefcases, handbags and other small items.

The LS 208/III is well suited for use in airports, government buildings, customs facilities, and areas where high security and complete screening of large and small parcels is required.

The advanced LS 208/V is a PC based system that incorporates our latest technology featuring an enhanced modular design. This system allows incorporation of various advanced computer options including Threat Image Projection (TIP), Operator Assist (OA) and Image Archiving (IA).

Typical leakage radiation is less than 0.1 mR/hr compared to maximum of 0.5 mR/hr permitted by the Federal Standard.
