Features
Metor 160 high discrimination metal detector features the famous operational
and performance characteristics of the METOR family. Its improved discrimination of metal
objects results in false alarm rate to less than 5% in favourable conditions. The
interference rejection & uniformity of detection for higher traffic flow are enhanced.
The preset programs meet the requirements set by leading security organizations. The
improved reset speed caters for optimum passenger flow and minimum alarm time at gate.
Metor 160 provides uniform detection sensitivity over the entire walk through area from
top to bottom. Its patented crossed magnetic fields detect all metal objects regardless
of orientation in the gate. The higher sensitivity with lower false alarm rate accounts
for top security plus optimum traffic flow.
