I have been asked to provide this letter of recommendation by Westminster International Ltd. relating to work they are currently undertaking for The Bank of Sudan's New Headquarters Building here in Khartoum.

Westminster were awarded the contract following a careful selection process for the provision of advanced security and detection systems to protect the new Headquarters currently under construction.

Westminster were awared the contract on the 1st March 2003 and we anticipate the project will be completed by 31st December 2003.

I am happy to confirm that in all our dealings with Westminster, both in the initial design and the selection stages, as well as the ongoing supply and installation we have always found Westminster to be proactive and professional.

We are happy to note that documentation and equipment has always been supplied on time, as required and from our observations of the extensive installation works undertaken so far we are pleased with the quality of workmanship and professionalism shown.

Notwithstanding the fact that the contract is not yet completed based on current performance criteria we have no hesitation in providing this reference and commend them to any future client requiring major project works of this nature.

The recommendation is given upon Westminster' request and without any responsibility on our part.
